Another person wounded by shelling on 29 December dies of injuries in Kyiv

On 3 January, another person who had been injured in a Russian missile attack on Kyiv on December 29 died in a Kyiv hospital.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.

This latest death brings the total number of casualties from the missile attack on that day to 30, with an additional 29 people sustaining injuries.

As a reminder, during the night and morning of December 29, Russian troops launched missiles and drones on Ukraine. In total, the occupiers fired 158 missiles and drones, out of which the Ukrainian military successfully destroyed 114. The impacts were recorded in Kyiv and several other regions.

On January 1, Kyiv declared a day of mourning for the victims of the shelling. Mayor Vitali Klitschko emphasized that the attack on the capital on December 29 was the largest one in terms of civilian casualties.
