Air defense forces successfully destroyed 11 out of 24 «shaheeds» during the night

Last night, Ukrainian defense forces successfully neutralized 11 enemy Shahed-136/131 attack drones.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

«On the night of February 2, 2024, the enemy launched an attack using 24 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs from two directions: Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation, and Chauda – Crimea. The assault specifically targeted critical infrastructure facilities in the Dnipro region.

In total, the Air Force, in collaboration with the air defense units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, thwarted 11 enemy UAVs within the Dnipro, Kherson, Kirovohrad, and Kharkiv regions», – the statement revealed.

Additionally, at least seven attack drones failed to reach their targets and were lost in the area.
