Four people were killed, and more than 20 were injured in an air attack by Russian occupation forces on Kyiv, as reported by the Kyiv city military administration press service.
In the Holosiivskyi district, 52 people were evacuated from a multi-storey residential building where a fire broke out. Eight were rescued, and 12 people were injured. The fire at the service station resulted in the destruction or damage of about 40 cars, which has now been extinguished, according to the city administration.
In Kyiv region, at least 10 private houses, outbuildings, and communications were damaged in Bucha and Fastiv districts, with three reported injuries.
Mykolaiv experienced a morning attack by the occupants, using attack drones and missiles. A 70-year-old man died, and another local resident was wounded.
As of 11:20 a.m., six people have been reported injured, the State Emergency Service said. Rescuers are working with volunteers to help people.
According to the Ministry of Energy, 226 consumers in Mykolaiv were left without electricity as a result of the shelling. The power supply is expected to be restored within a day, given the security situation.
Kharkiv was once again targeted by the enemy, causing damage to civilian infrastructure. Around 6 am, Russian troops fired rockets at non-residential civilian infrastructure in the Sloboda district of the city. A woman born in 1971 was trapped under the rubble of one of the buildings but was rescued by the State Emergency Service in cooperation with employees of the Kharkiv gas service. The victim received light injuries.
Preliminary reports suggest no casualties in Dnipropetrovs’k and Lviv regions. In Lviv region, an industrial facility in Drohobych was hit, resulting in partial destruction.
In the Pavlohrad district of Dnipropetrovs’k region, an infrastructure facility was hit, with no reported casualties, according to Lysak, the head of the regional administration.
