Since the beginning of the year, Russians have relentlessly targeted Kupiansk and surrounding villages with KABs and FABs  on a daily basis, as reported by Anna Chernenko, a correspondent from Kharkiv, on Hromadske Radio.

As of now, there are no reported casualties in Kupiansk. According to the police report, the targeted multi-storey building was uninhabited, as not many people reside in high-rise buildings in Kupiansk, with most preferring the private sector.

Chernenko noted that three apartments in the building sustained severe damage, and extensive destruction was observed from the impact. Previously, air strikes predominantly targeted the private sector and utility companies, causing substantial destruction. Guided bombs resulted in the destruction of numerous private houses with direct hits. Since the beginning of the year, attacks by KABs and FABs on Kupiansk and surrounding villages have become a daily occurrence.

At 01:30, Russians dropped a guided aerial bomb on Kupiansk, causing fires in three apartments within a 5-storey residential building in one entrance. Another apartment in a separate building was also set ablaze. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties or injuries.
