Russian occupation forces are facing significant losses in both manpower and equipment near Avdiivka, surprising even Ukrainian soldiers.
Anatoliy Nikitin, also known as «Concrete», a junior sergeant of the Battalion of the UAVs, 3rd Brigade, shared this information on Hromadske Radio.
According to reports, in the past week alone, units of the Third Assault Brigade near Avdiivka have eliminated 146 enemy combatants and wounded 287. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed enemy SuperCam, Lancet, and Nona-S UAVs, as well as disabled two T-80 tanks and a Russian BMP-3.
A source from Hromadske Radio emphasized that these successful actions near Avdiivka are the result of collective effort.
«All units within our brigade contributed to the achievements we’ve seen. The numbers mentioned reflect the past week’s results. Overall, the enemy has suffered substantial losses near Avdiivka since our brigade’s deployment.
Regarding the past week, it was indeed a productive one. Despite their losses, the enemy persists in their actions. This marks the first time, during the war, that we’ve observed such a disregard for human lives and resources in pursuit of their objectives», — remarked the military personnel.
As of the morning of March 27th, reports indicate that Russian troop and mercenary losses in Ukraine have reached approximately 439,190. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders have neutralized at least 1,030 Russian occupants.
