17 explosions occurred in three border communities of the Sumy region during the night and early morning hours

On Monday, April 15th, during the night and morning hours, Russian invaders launched four attacks on the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region.

This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

The statement confirmed that:

«At night and in the morning, the Russians fired four times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region, resulting in 17 recorded explosions. The communities affected included Velykopysarivska, Shalyhinska, and Sveska».

Specifically, the Shalyhyne community was targeted with mortar fire, while artillery was used against the Sveska community. Additionally, the Russian military dropped 11 mines in the territory of the Velykopysarivska community.
