«There is no offensive» — AFU comments on enemy's attempt to break through the defence line in Kharkiv Region

Naraz Voloshyn, spokesman for the Khortytsia operational-strategic group, clarified in a statement to Hromadske Radio that there is no ongoing offensive in the north of the Kharkiv region. He emphasized that the defense forces, alongside the Armed Forces and various military formations, are effectively managing the situation.

«There is no imminent threat. Why assume there’s an impending large-scale offensive? Our defense forces, along with the Armed Forces and other military units, are in control. There’s no offensive», — Voloshyn asserted.

This clarification comes in light of the Ministry of Defence confirming an attempted breach by the Russian army of the defense line in the northern Kharkiv region. As of now, these attacks have been repelled, and engagements of varying intensity persist. Throughout the night, the Russian occupiers have intensified artillery-supported fire along the frontline of our defense.
