Experienced coach Julia Filipovska helped the team of Hromadske Radio to identify strong and weak points of the organization, to paint a portrait of Hromadske Radio’s listener and plan new directions of radio work in 2020.
In turn, representatives of Hromadske Radio shared their vision of Hromadske Radio’s mission as a broadcaster, described the unique aspects of broadcasting and formed a circle of new projects that they would like to implement in the nearest future.
The next strategic planning workshop will be held in January 2016.
