How can you stop being a victim of circumstances, of other people, and of oneself? How to overcome the sense of pity and powerlessness? These questions are being answered by family psychologist Roman Melnychenko, a resettler from Luhansk, Halyna (who asked not to mention her surname), and a resettler from Makiyivka, private entrepreneur, a father of several children, Stanislavsky Verlan.
Roman Melnychenko explained that pity is anger directed at oneself. In the context of the conversation the guests arrived at the conclusion that people in Ukraine began to realize their responsibility for their psychic health and to ever more often consult psychologists.
