A person’s psychological age: maturity and infatilism. It is about crises and stress
Psychologists and a “professional lover of life” discussed how to get rid of infantilism, how to grow up and how to find inner balance.
They discussed, in particular, how psychological age is differnt from physiological, whether we stay in one psychological age all the time, and what infantilism is. Psychotherapist, author and her own Center’s manager Anna Valensa talked about this.
Viktor Hostry is in the Hromadske Radio’s studio, twice People’s Artist of the Kiev neighborhood, Rusanivka, who sings, paints, dances, plays tennis, and represents “Zhyttyelyub” (“Lover Of Life”) Club. Viktor voiced his opinion on where infantilism emanates from and how to fight this phenomenon.
Some people are tempered by stressful situations while some get distressed, and this is also a reason for developing infantilism. Trainer and psychologist Anna Valensa says that every case of infantilism among adults is different, and every such case requires a special approach. However, there are common features, and this means that there is some advice that people can use, says Anna Valensa.
