Te studio’s guests are psychologist Halyna Tyutyunnyk and «Donbas» Battalion volunteer, Oleksandr Martynenko. According to him, during combat action in 2014, he had to be led by his own life skills because before the combat action nobody conducted training of soldiers, or explained how to behave in emergency situations.

Halyna Tyutyunnyk said that psychological help can be provided when a person is already in safety. While the fighter is at the battlefield, they should be isolated from the influence of weapons. Hlyna told about courses for the military and how you can train your psyche yourself.
