Soldiers who return from an armed conflict zone, often want to change their profession
Soldiers who return from an armed conflict zone, often want to change their profession. Presenters discussed why this is so with an HR consultant who works with ATO veterans, Kostyantyn Opanasenko, who returned from the frontline, changed his profession and is helping his brothers-in-arms in finding themselves after what they had come through.
«People reconsider their values during wars. Things material drift to background during wars, and things spiritual, imbued with life, come to the forefront. You return and you want to be of use to the society, you want the society to perceive you for what you are,» Mykola Opanasenko said.
Oleksandr Storozhyk works with ATO veterans. In the studio, he provided recommendations on how to find a vocation, change a job, and told about free vocational orientation program.
