Psychologist Olena Snisarenko, ATO participant Yuri Okhrymenko, and volunteer Zlata Shevchenko are in the studio of «Hromadske Radio». During combat action, Yuri was wounded in his eye. He had a surgery paid for by Zlata because it was non-realistic to wait for state payment because of the bureaucratic system. Even now, Yuri cannot receive the disabled category because several certificates for him are not signed. Zlata helped him, so now he wants to help her: he is looking for a job for her and creates insignia awards on his own. He is looking for customers. Psychologist Olena Snisarenko comments on this and similar situations.
