Как ветеранам АТО создать семейный бизнес
War veterans’ couples in Ukraine create their own businesses. How do they do this? How to find a new common goal after coming back from the ATO zone?
And where is the secret of a successful psycho-social adaptation? This was discussed within the project of social and psychological support, “Fulcrums”. Antonina Bondarenko, head of the “Leadership Development Center” NGO, and the initiator of the School of Leadership for combatants, spoke about how families can launch their projects, including projects outside the capital city.
Antonina Bondarenko also spoke of how setting up a family business influences successful social adaptation. The psychologist says: “If an idea emerges which can be developed by joint effort, it influences the family’s preservation in a rather positive way.”
ATO veteran, Mykola Stetskiv, is a founder, along with his wife, of an organic berry farm. The couple are owners of “FaynaBerry” trade mark. They have five children. Mykola told the story of founding his own family business and how this helped him.
