The Ice Sports Palace in Severodonetsk burned down due to shelling by the occupiers, announced the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Haidai.

«Ice, figure skating, hockey, volleyball, sports school, concerts, graduation – almost 50 years of history of sports and cultural development of our Severodonetsk,» he wrote.

The Russians are trying to capture Severodonetsk and have already occupied part of the city. However, Ukrainian troops are defending themselves, inflicting heavy losses on the invaders, which is why they are retreating in some areas.
