Russian troops launched an attack on the Kharkiv region using foreign-made missiles.
This was reported by Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
He noted that the country of manufacture of the missiles used by the occupiers to strike the centre of Kharkiv and the region in late December and early January has not yet been established.
«We are conducting all the necessary research. I will say in advance that the markings have been erased from these missiles, but what we can see is that the country of manufacture is not the Russian Federation», — ArmyInform quoted Syniehubov.
In related news, US officials disclosed that North Korea had recently transferred ballistic missile launchers and several dozen ballistic missiles to Russia. White House National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby revealed that Russia utilized at least several ballistic missiles received from North Korea during the recent attacks on Ukraine, strategically evading international restrictions.
Contrary to these reports, the Ukrainian Air Force has not confirmed Russia’s use of missiles acquired from North Korea in the attacks on Ukraine.
