Overnight, Russian troops fired 670 shells in the Kherson region, resulting in two civilian deaths
Over the last 24 hours, on January 7, the Russian army conducted 121 attacks on the Kherson region, leading to the deaths of two civilians.
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the regional military administration.
«During the past day, the enemy carried out 131 attacks, launching 670 shells from various sources, including mortars, artillery, Grad rockets, tanks, UAVs, and aircraft. Specifically, 16 shells were targeted at Kherson», – he stated.
Prokudin further mentioned that the Russian military targeted residential areas, a critical infrastructure facility, the territory of a plant in Kherson, and a shop in the Beryslav district.
As a result of the Russian aggression, two individuals lost their lives, and five others sustained injuries.
