Remaining houses in occupied Rubizhne targeted by Russian air strike, resulting in many injuries

The occupiers conducted an air attack on the remaining high-rise buildings in the temporarily occupied Rubizhne, Luhansk region. Despite attempts to conceal the incident, numerous witnesses and a significant number of victims made it impossible to conceal the aggression.

This was reported by Artem Lisogor, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration.

«The occupiers targeted a residential area of the city with a FAB-250 bomb, one of the few that had survived their assaults in the spring of 2022. Sadly, these houses have now also been destroyed»

Typically, during such «extraordinary» events, the occupiers attribute damages to shelling by Ukrainian troops. However, this time, the presence of numerous witnesses prevented this scenario.

«They saw both the Russian fighter jet and the actual munition fall. It was impossible to hide it and attribute it to the enemy. The injured are being hospitalized, and those with less serious injuries are being transported to a temporary accommodation center. The search for the missing continues», – noted Lysohor.
