In the occupied Mariupol in the Donetsk region, there are reports of manpower and engineering units of the Russian occupiers observed moving from Novoazovsk and Berdiansk towards Volnovakha, according to Petro Andriushchenko, the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol.
«The occupiers have initiated the resettlement of officers in new and renovated buildings in the central district of the city, with the largest concentration noted in the area of Metallurhiv Avenue and Shevchenko Boulevard, as well as in the private sector of Novoselovtsy. We have observed the use of concrete structures resembling sections for multi-storey buildings in the construction of fortifications around Volnovakha», — Andriushchenko stated
He further highlighted that, in general, there appears to be ongoing assembling and accumulation of reserves around Volnovakha and in the north-west of the Mariupol district.
