In the occupied Kherson region, collaborators are gathering signatures to support Putin in the Russian presidential election
In the occupied Kherson region, Russians are compelling collaborators to gather signatures in support of Vladimir Putin’s candidacy in the so-called presidential election.
This was reported by Kherson correspondent Mykhailo Batrak on Hromadske Radio:
«The occupiers are coercing collaborators to collect signatures endorsing Vladimir Putin’s candidacy in the Russian presidential election. They conduct these activities on camera. While they have not conducted any rounds among local residents, they have filmed numerous videos depicting locals putting their signatures in favor of Vladimir Putin’s nomination for the Russian Federation. They assert that elections in the occupied Kherson region will follow a similar process. However, it’s emphasized that these activities do not affect the military plan».
