The humanitarian situation in Avdiivka, Donetsk Oblast, is extremely challenging, as reported by Pavel Dyachenko, a member of the White Angel crew, on Hromadske Radio.

According to him, the key priority in the evacuation efforts is to swiftly evacuate people.

«Given the several hours it takes for a round trip, we must navigate the city as efficiently as possible. There’s no time to stand still and engage in conversations», — emphasized Pavel Dyachenko.

He highlighted the severe impact of the occupiers on the area, stating that lives are being lost, homes are being destroyed, and the city’s infrastructure is being ravaged.

«Avdiivka has been grappling with prolonged shortages of electricity, gas, and water, making living conditions unbearable. The Russians are bombarding the city with various weapons, causing multi-story buildings to crumble like paper», — expressed Pavel Dyachenko.

He also mentioned that five groups of White Angel representatives are actively operating across Donetsk Oblast on the frontline. These groups cover the Lyman community, Bakhmut direction, Avdiivka, Kurakhove direction, and Velykonovosilkovka direction, with each group comprised of local residents.
