An air raid alert has been issued in the Kherson region, and the occupiers are targeting the Beryslav district with guided aerial bombs, as reported by Mykhailo Batrak, a correspondent from Kherson, on Hromadske Radio.
«In general, the occupiers are consistently shelling the villages of the Beryslav district with all types of weapons. Yesterday, two men were injured in the Beryslav district due to Russian shelling, and they were subsequently hospitalized. These regions are frequent targets of shelling», – Batrak stated
He further highlighted continuous shelling in Kherson itself, mentioning a recent substantial attack on the central part of the city. The assault resulted in injuries to a woman using public transport, damage to public transport vehicles, partial destruction of a hospital in the central area, and a hit on a public transport stop. The central part of Kherson is facing significant bombardment by the occupiers.
Batrak emphasized that this particular hospital has been targeted before, pointing out that hospitals are systematically attacked by the occupiers.
«There is no hospital left in Kherson that has not been hit by the occupiers. Most hospitals in the Kherson region are partially or completely destroyed due to Russian shelling, making them deliberate targets», – added the correspondent.
