Occupiers launched two attacks on Selydove in the Donetsk region, resulting in casualties (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

In Selydove, Donetsk region, three individuals were killed as a result of the Russian airstrikes, while 12 others sustained injuries of varying severity.

The Selydove City Council reported this on the morning of February 14.

During the night, Russian troops targeted civilian structures in Selydove, resulting in injuries to twelve residents, including four children. The statement confirmed the tragic deaths of three people, including a child.

The shelling caused damage to nine apartment buildings and the structures of the central city hospital.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, mentioned that the occupants shelled the city twice during the night:

«Approximately at one o’clock in the morning, the city experienced another round of shelling, damaging one of the hospital buildings. It is suspected that three people, including a child, are trapped under the debris. Rescue teams, police, and local authorities are actively working at the scene».

Following the impact, a fire broke out, covering an area of 60 m². The rescuers successfully evacuated patients from the affected premises.
