The Ukrainian market is poised to produce over 1 million drones, with a dedicated allocation of UAH 40 billion for their purchase.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

«We intend to allocate 50% of all funds for weapon procurement within Ukraine. Our focus is on drones and electronic warfare systems, emphasizing a technological advantage in warfare», — stated the Prime Minister.

Furthermore, Shmyhal noted that Ukraine has already inked five contracts for establishing joint ventures. He anticipates the emergence of numerous joint ventures in the future, aiming to expedite logistics, enhance security, and facilitate technology transfer.
