The National Resistance Centre reports that occupiers are continuing to export industrial equipment from the temporarily occupied territories under the pretext of scrap metal.
According to the latest information, a new round of audits is underway at industrial enterprises in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region. Occupiers are creating lists of equipment that has not yet been plundered but holds value.
Subsequently, this equipment is clandestinely transported to Russia under the guise of scrap metal for their own purposes.
Initially, the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories conducted what they termed as ‘nationalization’ of all Ukrainian enterprises, enabling them to ‘legally’ dispose of their assets.
Primarily, scrap metal is purportedly sourced from these plants and then shipped to Russia via the port in Berdiansk.
The plundering is orchestrated by collaborating contractors under the supervision of Russian soldiers.
