In Kharkiv, May 27 has been declared a day of mourning for the victims of the Russian bomb attack on the Epicentre hypermarket.
The corresponding order was signed by the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, the Kharkiv City Council reported.
«As a sign of mourning for the victims of the May 25 enemy strike on civilian infrastructure, the national flag with a black ribbon will be at half-mast on buildings and structures of local government, enterprises, institutions, and organizations», — the statement said.
Entertainment music is also banned in markets, retail, and catering establishments, etc.
