Serhiy Tsyhotsky, an officer of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk, told Hromadske Radio about this.

“Any advance of the enemy is bad for us. But we are forced to retreat and leave our positions only when there is no point in staying there or it threatens the lives and health of our soldiers», — he said.

According to him, the 59th Brigade and neighboring units neutralized 39 units of heavy armored vehicles in the Pokrovsk sector.

“Saturday and Sunday were marked by the destruction and damage of 39 units of enemy heavy armored vehicles in our sector of the frontline by the forces of our brigade and neighboring units. More than 30 UAVs of various types were destroyed. Also, 206 occupants were eliminated over the past two days», — the officer added.

Tsyhotsky also said that they eliminate about 100 occupants per day.

“Give or take. Sometimes more, sometimes less. 100 occupants. This is an average of three thousand per month. Almost a whole brigade. These are only our units», — he summarized.
