Zelensky names 3 reasons for the occupiers' advance at the front

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has named three main reasons for the occupiers’ advance at the front.

The head of state spoke about these reasons in an interview with representatives of the French media.

There are several reasons why the Russians are advancing at the front. If we solve these problems, we will be able to stop them,» — he said.

The first reason Zelenskyy noted was the lack of weapons for the partners of fourteen brigades.

We no longer keep it a secret that we were preparing 14 brigades that we wanted to equip with weapons. These are the brigades that are supposed to defend our territory and serve as a reserve for us to rotate our guys to rest, and these brigades would replace them. When we were preparing the relevant packages, we were talking about equipping these fourteen brigades. Do you think that if only three out of fourteen brigades are manned, we can stop the advancement?» — the Supreme Commander-in-Chief said.

The second reason is the disregard for the lives of soldiers in the Russian army.

Russians who go forward are afraid to go back, and it’s true. They are killed if they do. Putin doesn’t count his men. Of course, when you have such a difference in approaches to freedom and human rights with your enemy, you must have some other advantage. And this other advantage is, first of all, weapons and technology» — Zelenskyy said.

The third reason he mentioned was the impossibility of using Western weapons to destroy military facilities in Russia.

I think it’s a serious challenge to not be able to use all the weapons we need to stop the enemy. What would you do if you knew that the Russians have MLRS systems, planes that bomb us, or other weapons 30-60-100 kilometers from the border: Grads, S-300s, which they use from Belgorod, knowing that we have no right to destroy their weapons? We are racking our brains as to what to do» — the president said.
