We talk to an ATO veteran, a soldier from Tactical Company Group 169, instructor Andriy Ilchenko, callsign Vedmid (Bear), Andriy Ilchenko, who came to the studio with his employer, director of a Kiev enterprise, Yaroslav Fedorenko.

The guests tell why some employers are afraid of hiring people who come back from war.

Why veterans find it hard to find a job and why demobilized soldiers often cannot understand what they really want to do?

The veteran and his employer talk about their experience and provide advice.
