Lidiya Kasyanchuk said that there are various coping strategies, i.e. methods of adapting to the stresses of one’s environment. “One of the methods is pro-active reaction in order to prevent stress. Another method is breathing, physical activity. Another group of methods is very important, and this is social support. This can be relationships, interaction which also helps us cope. In the end, yet another method which is very close to me is the coping strategy in looking for senses,” Lidiya Kasyanchuk emphasized.

Nastya Melnychuk, in her turn, told about the Center for Psychosocial Support for ATO Veterans in Kramatorsk. She noted that family trips are the most popular events with the clients. Veterans, with their wives and children, take weekend toursd and get positive experience of quality communication within families.
