Guests of the studio were a veteran, instructor of Company-Tactical Group 169, Andriy Ilchenko (callsign Vedmid, Bear); and a volunteer, demobilized National Guard soldier, ATO veteran, Pavlo Tykhonivsky, member of Ukraine’s national team at Invictus Games.

Invictus Games are international Paralympic-style sports competitions. Ukrainian soldiers also take part in them. How was the selection of Invictus Games’ participants conducted? What problems had the soldiers faced? How will they prepare for the Autumn international competitions in Toronto? The competitions’ organizers told journalist Valentyna Troyan about this.

An ATO veteran, member of Ukraine’s national team at the Invictus Games, Pavlo Tykhonivsky, survived a wound. He speaks about his motivation to survive, to overcome difficulties, and to even participate in sports competitions.
