The Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a list of war criminals in the Russian Navy who are involved in the killing of Ukrainian civilians and rocket strikes on Ukrainian cities.
The list includes Ukrainian servicemen who joined Russian forces as the occupied Crimea in Feb. and Mar. of 2014.
Among those involved are the crew of the frigat “Admiral Essen”, under the command of Captain 2nd Rank Alexander Smyrnov.
The patrol boat, “Dmytriy Rohachev” (which arrived on February 22, 2022 from the Mediterranean Sea) and its crew and commander, Captain 3rd Rank Igor Vytalevuch Tuharyn, are also named on the list.
