21 people have died in Merefa, near Kharkiv, after russian shelling

After a night of artillery shelling by the Russian’s, 21 people are dead in the city of Merefa, near Kharkiv. 25 others have been injured, of them 10 are in critical condition, accordion to press service of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office. 

The occupying troops destroyed a school and a cultural center. Work to clear the debris is ongoing. 

Investigators have launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war and premeditated murder.
