Russia is stepping up propaganda among the personnel of military training centers.

This was communicated through a letter by the Chief of Missile Forces and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Matveevsky, to the heads of training centers, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

In particular, Matvievsky brings to the attention to the ban on answering calls and messages from telephone numbers with codes «+375, +380» (Belarus, Ukraine).

«If, however, the call is picked up, everything said by the interlocutor is to be perceived as a lie and a provocation (regardless of the content of the conversation). After that, block the number of the interlocutor on your phone, then contact the mobile network operator also to block the subscriber,” the statement reads.

The propaganda, say the GUR, should also include an explanation of the «benefits» of participating in the war with Ukraine, social guarantees and increased payments.

All Ukrainian and «other» resources are declared to distribute fake and inaccurate information. All servicemen are required to be familiar with the daily content of the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper.

«All this continues the policy of complete information self-isolation of Russia and the introduction of propaganda at the level of North Korea. Any external influence (regardless of the quality and subject matter of the content) is by definition declared hostile,” intelligence summed up.
