On January 31, the Russian army targeted a civilian hospital in the village of Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv region using guided aerial bombs. The damage to the building is severe, rendering the hospital non-operational for the time being.

Dmytro Chubenko, the spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, shared this information on Hromadske Radio.

«The destruction of the hospital is extensive: the facade is damaged, windows are shattered, and walls and roof are severely affected. Although the structural framework of the building remains intact, the interior is completely destroyed. The building will be rendered unusable for its intended purpose. Repairing the damage will take at least several weeks. The hospital is currently closed, and patients have been relocated to healthcare facilities in nearby settlements», — explained Dmitry Chubenko.
