Ukraine’s Neptune anti-ship cruise missile has undergone upgrades, enabling it to engage targets in surface-to-surface mode as well.
Dmytro Pletenchuk, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, made this announcement on Hromadske Radio.
0«The Neptune missiles have already been utilized against numerous targets. They targeted the Moscow cruiser, and successfully neutralized the so-called Triumph anti-aircraft missile system S-400.
