In Kharkiv Russian occupiers fired on civilians waiting in line for humanitarian aid, wounding several, said head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Synegubov.
“Russian troops fired long-range weapons from the Nova Poshta checkpoint, near Akademika Pavlova Street, where Kharkiv residents were getting humanitarian aid.
According to preliminary data six civilians were killed and 15 were injured and hospitalized. The total count of casualties is still being determined. This is yet another war crime by the Russian occupiers!” Said Sinegubov.
This is not the first time Russian troops have fired on civilians seeking aid. In a residential district in Chernihiv, Russian forces fired at people standing in a bread line.
