The Russian occupiers fired on one of the residential areas of Kharkiv. 50 people were injured, including three children. 10 people died, including a seven-month-old baby, announced Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA.
«The second best army in the world, as it turns out, can only fight the civilian population,» Sinegubov said.
Doctors provide emergency care to all victims.
Residents of the city are asked not to go out on the streets unless necessary.
«No war crime of the occupiers will go unpunished!» concluded Sinegubov.
