The world must be ready for russia to use nuclear weapons – Zelensky

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the world should be ready for the possible use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia.

«Not only me, the whole world, all countries should be worried (the possibility of Russia’s use of nuclear weapons – ed.). Because it may not be objective information, but it may be true… They can do it, for them the life of the people is nothing.

We must think, not be afraid, but be ready. But this issue is not for Ukraine, not only for Ukraine, but for the whole world, I think,” Zelensky said in an interview with CNN.

According to Roman Kechur, president of the Ukrainian Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies, there are strong doubts that Putin’s entourage will allow him to use nuclear weapons and thus «give him the opportunity to blow us all up.» After all, according to the psychiatrist «it will be suicide”.

“If he blows us up, he and his entourage will die very quickly. To do this, he must go crazy. I think Putin’s entourage is watching him and as soon as he goes crazy, he will be set aside.

In order to press the nuclear button, you need to be convinced of something. He is convinced only that he needs to live as long as possible and hold power for as long as possible. And this is not a stable ideology. 

I think we are idealizing it. We imagine that he is strong, but he is a frightened old retired KGB member. We need to look at it realistically. He is not very healthy physically. He has very big problems. «
