Russian troops targeted an apartment building in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, resulting in the death of a woman and the injury of two men.
This was reported by Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
«The occupants attacked the city of Kupyansk. A 57-year-old woman lost her life due to the shelling, and a 57-year-old and a 61-year-old man sustained injuries. The apartment building was hit», – stated the report.
The inspection of the shelling sites is currently underway.
