Russian troops targeted more than 15 settlements in Kharkiv region, resulting in two fatalities.

This was reported by Oleh Synehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

Artillery and mortar attacks occurred in Okip, Bohodukhiv district; Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv district; Gatyshche, Pletenivka, Chuhuiv district; Sinkivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Kupyansk district. Air strikes were directed at Fedorivka and Vovchansk in Chuhuiv district, and Tabaivka, Pishchane in Kupyansk district.

Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully repelled six Russian attacks near Synkivka. Sinegubov reported that the Russian army targeted Chuhuiv twice around 22:30, causing casualties and damage. In another incident at 15:00, the Russian army struck the village of Malyi Burluk in Kupyansk district, resulting in casualties and property damage.

Throughout the day, there were additional attacks on Kupyansk, Fedorivka, Vovchansk, and Kupyansk district. Sinegubov noted the impact on the region’s infrastructure, with over 15,000 subscribers in 64 settlements losing electricity. Efforts to restore power are underway.

In response to hostilities, combined bomb disposal teams cleared over 11.9 hectares of territory in Kharkiv region, neutralizing 206 explosive devices. Mine clearance operations are ongoing.
