Energy facility in the Kirovohrad region damaged due to a drone attack

Last night, an energy infrastructure facility in the Kirovohrad region was damaged as a result of a drone attack carried out by Russian forces.
This was reported by the Southern Ukrainian Defense Forces.
On the night of April 2nd, Russian forces once again deployed Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones from the south. This time, their targets included the energy infrastructure of the Dnipro and Kirovohrad regions.
Air defense units successfully intercepted three drones over the southern part of the Dnipropetrovs’k region, while other units managed to intercept the remaining drones.
However, despite these efforts, the attack caused damage to an energy infrastructure facility in the Kirovohrad region. A fire broke out but was promptly extinguished, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The Southern Defense Forces are currently investigating the extent of the damage and its consequences.
