In the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Region, Russians are threatening not to return babies to their parents if they do not possess Russian documents, as reported by the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

«On the eve of childbirth, women in the so-called LPR can still be hospitalized in some cases without a Russian passport. However, a week later, when they are discharged, they must check whether one of the parents has Russian documents. They threaten not to give the child back otherwise»,– the report says.

According to the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysogor, Russian ground activity is observed along the entire contact line.

Enemy attacks were repelled near Stelmakhivka in the Kupyansk sector, Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske, and Serebryanske forestry in the Lyman sector, and Bilohorivka in the Bakhmut sector.

The Russians attacked Bilohorivka and the territory of the Serebryansky forest from the air.

«The settlements located near the frontline were shelled 110 times. The invaders fired 31 times from artillery at Hrekivka, Nevske, Kuzemivka, Stelmakhivka. 34 times – from mortars. Makiivka, Stelmakhivka, and Kuzemivka suffered. In addition, 45 enemy UAVs tried to carry out combat missions in the areas of Nevske and Kuzemivka»,– noted Lysogor.

On April 30, volunteers delivered food packages to the liberated villages and distributed them to residents of Nevskoye, Novolyubovka, and Makiivka.

The regional administration noted that men are being checked at checkpoints in the temporarily occupied Starobelsk district.

«Those under 30 years of age are immediately served with a call to serve. The rest are still limited to military registration»,– the regional military administration said.
