The Russian military has set up camp 30 km east of Mariupol in the village of Bezymenne. This was confirmed by  satellite images published by The Washington Post.

Over the course of two days, a line of vehicles drove out of Mariupol and stopped near a camp on the M14 highway, currently under Russian control, the newspaper wrote.  The leaders of the DNR said that, together with Russian authorities, they have set up a “tent city” for the citizens of Mariupol. The city consists of 30 tents, with room to house 450 people.

The Russian Ministry of Emergencies stated that this «tent town» in Bezymenne was created for the «livelihood» of people from Mariupol.

Last week, Ukrainian leaders accused Russian troops of forcibly relocating hundreds of thousands of civilians to Russia. Moscow alleges the refugees «voluntarily fled east during the war.» Ukraine opposes any route evacuating civilians into Russia or its ally Belarus.

Russian occupiers continue to carry out forced “evacuations” from Mariupol to occupied territories of the “ORDLO» and Russia. Some Mariupol residents were captured and taken to «filtration camps” while others were redirected to remote cities in Russia.
