russian occupiers announce date of «referendum» in temporarily occupied part of Kherson region

In the occupied part of the Kherson region, the date of the «referendum» was announced – April 27 (Wednesday). This was reported by the operational command «South».

According to the General Staff, the Russian occupiers plan to organize the forced mobilization of the population for war with Ukraine as well. At the same time, the occupiers wish to completely stop the humanitarian support of the region from the Ukrainian authorities.

It’s also stated that the terror of the Ukrainian population continues. Thus, in the village of Zolota Balka, Kherson region, the occupiers held a meeting with the local population, where they stated that there would be no more humanitarian corridors, and people were forbidden to leave the settlement.

In addition, the Russian military warned that if their positions were shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they would start shelling the village.

The Kherson region is temporarily occupied. Nevertheless, from the first days of the war, civilians went to peaceful protests against the occupation and in support of Ukraine.
