He ordered the robbery of civilians: the russian occupier will be tried for crimes in Kyiv

Prosecutors have referred the case of war crimes of a lieutenant – deputy commander of the company for armament of one of the military units of the Russian armed forces to the Solomyansky district court of Kyiv, reported the Office of the Attorney General.

The investigation established that during March 2022, during the occupation of the village of Lukyanivka, Brovary district, the lieutenant ordered the servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation to rob civilians. The occupiers broke into their homes, destroyed and damaged private houses and outbuildings, and moved a car by tank.

The first sentence for war crimes is already passed by the Ukrainian court 21-year-old Vadim Shishimarin was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder of the civilian in the Kiev region.
